These are interesting movement puzzles, 10-15 minutes long with new material added about once a month, demonstrated and described with video and audio. They are designed to get little used muscles to work, seldom moved joints to glide and rusty neurological pathways to see some action. They are for the aspiring movement teacher. The person interested in learning about movement or who sees benefit in novel movement patterns. The person who sees the beauty of and feels the pleasure in learning a new movement skill. This segment might not be participatory for everyone, as some of the Moves will be relatively complex or in odd positions. But don’t let that scare you off—watch and learn, listen to the analysis, modify as you see fit, go at your own pace and don’t do anything dumb. Some movements might become clinical favorites, while others are just for fun—work on your craft by working on your body.
